1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern access to PrymeStudy public pages, student products, teaching and institution workflows, community features, paid plans and related services. By creating an account or using a feature, you agree to the terms that apply to that use.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, use an account you are authorized to access and protect your credentials. If you use PrymeStudy through an institution, additional institution rules or access restrictions may apply.
3. Student, tutor, lecturer and institution roles
Different roles have different permissions. Users must not use a role, moderation capability, institution scope or teaching permission to access information or perform actions outside their authorized responsibility.
4. Service availability and feature changes
PrymeStudy is actively developed. Features, limits, integrations, supported devices and availability may change, be tested with limited groups, or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
5. Free access, passes, Starter Month and subscriptions
PrymeStudy may offer free access, a Full Access Pass, one-time Starter Month offers, subscriptions, institution-sponsored access or other entitlements. Eligibility, duration, feature availability and usage allowances are determined by the product rules shown at the time of activation.
One-time offers do not automatically renew unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. Subscription terms, billing intervals and renewal behavior are shown before purchase.
6. Credits, usage allowances and balances
Some features may use credits, time allowances, reserve balances or other metered capacity. Usage balances are separate from the subscription end date unless the product specifically states otherwise. Attempting to bypass usage enforcement or manipulate metering is prohibited.
7. Payments, refunds and disputes
Prices, currency, applicable discounts and billing period are shown at checkout. Payment access activates only after successful server-side verification from the payment provider where applicable.
Refunds, reversals and chargebacks are handled according to applicable law, provider rules and the product terms shown at purchase. Consumed digital services or credits may not be refundable except where required.
8. AI and Automated Study Features
Lerion and other automated study features can make mistakes, misunderstand context, omit information or produce incomplete outputs. They are learning and productivity tools, not a guarantee of academic correctness, grades or outcomes.
Students should verify important academic information against official course materials, lecturers, institution instructions and reliable sources.
9. Academic integrity
Use PrymeStudy to learn, revise, practise, organize and understand. Do not use the service to cheat, impersonate another student, bypass proctoring, submit prohibited generated work, obtain restricted exam content or violate institution rules.
10. Uploaded materials and user content
You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you upload. You give PrymeStudy the permissions reasonably required to host, process, index, transform, display, moderate and deliver that content through the features you choose.
You must not upload or distribute material you do not have permission to use or share.
12. Tutorials, tutors and live classes
Tutors, lecturers and hosts are responsible for the accuracy of the teaching information they provide and for complying with applicable institution requirements. PrymeStudy may provide scheduling, discovery, attendance or communication infrastructure without becoming the academic authority for the course.
13. CodeLab, games, quizzes and exam simulation
CodeLab runs may execute in isolated or controlled environments with limits intended to protect the platform. Users must not attempt to escape sandboxes, execute harmful payloads or use the service to attack third-party systems.
Games, quizzes and exam simulations are practice tools. Scores and simulations do not represent official institution results unless explicitly designated by an authorized institution workflow.
14. PrymeStudy intellectual property
PrymeStudy software, product designs, branding, Lerion, original platform content and related intellectual property remain protected. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass technical protections or commercially exploit protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits.
15. Prohibited conduct
Do not harass users, impersonate people or institutions, upload malware, scrape private data, attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs, bypass plan or feature limits, manipulate payments, attack infrastructure, automate abusive behavior or use PrymeStudy for fraud or unlawful activity.
16. Suspension, restrictions and termination
PrymeStudy may limit, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for policy violations, security risk, fraud, payment abuse, harmful behavior, valid institution scope changes or legal compliance. Some restrictions may take effect immediately to protect users or the platform.
17. Account deletion
Users can use available in-product deletion controls or the public Account Deletion process. Deletion may not remove records that must be retained for payment, fraud-prevention, security, audit or legal purposes.
18. Third-party services
PrymeStudy can rely on external payment, cloud, AI, communications, browser-research, storage, authentication and other providers. Use of those services can also be subject to their own terms and policies.
19. Privacy
The PrymeStudy Privacy Policy explains how information is handled across the service and forms part of the product terms that apply to your use.
20. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PrymeStudy is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, a particular academic result or that every third-party integration will always remain available.
21. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PrymeStudy and its operator are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost academic opportunity, lost profits or failures caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Material revisions should be published with a new version or effective date. Continued use after an applicable update may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
23. Contact and legal review
Questions about these Terms can be sent through PrymeStudy Support. These Terms are a product-operational draft and should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before broad production launch.
Contact support@prymestudy.com or use PrymeStudy Support. Jurisdiction-specific legal review is required before broad production launch.
11. Community and social features
Posts, comments, stories, reactions, profiles and other community content must comply with applicable law and platform rules. Public visibility means content can be seen outside restricted academic spaces.
PrymeStudy may moderate, restrict or remove content that appears abusive, unsafe, unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or outside the intended academic/community use.
